You need WooCommerce plugin installed and activated to create shop page. You can then customize your WooCommerce pages using Theme Options. To do that go to Appearance > Theme Options > Layouts & Design > WooCommerce.
You can also create custom shop layouts using Essential Grid plugin (included with the theme). Just create new grid or use an imported style and choose products as item source. Next, insert Essential Grid element on this page and choose one of the grid layouts. More information can be found in User Manual.
